We’d been working in Bournmouth and fancied rounding the day off with some good fish and chips, fortunately we chose Sunny’s which was really brilliant. Super fresh flaky fish, delicious crispy batter and the crowning glory… fresh “scraps” ( or “bits”, depending where you’re from!). Ahmed cooked these up specially for us, which we really appreciated. Great service, great food; you won’t be disappointed. Thanks.

If your hungry ..this is the plaice too come too . Situated close too the shops and Boscombe Gardens . The staff are very friendly and always happy too serve good quality fish ,chips and a whole variety off food . Good value and quick serving their customers. Love ❤️ this plaice . No codding . Do not pass Sunnys by . Give them a try .

This was my first visit here & I'm glad I tried it. The second I walked through the door I felt welcomed by the staff & first impressions really count for me. I ordered regular cod & a cone of chips & it was cooked to order. I had a lovely chat with the staff while I waited, they were very friendly, chatty & happy people. The cod was yummy & the batter was perfect (not too greasy at all), and the chips were very tasty. I'm very happy I tried this place as it was an all round 5☆ experience & I will definitely return. Thank you Sunny's 👍😊

came down from London to enjoy the beach, in need of a good fish n chips, walked with 3 mates 30 minutes to get this, worth every step. fresh n hot out the fryer, very big portion sizes, crispy batter with quality fish. lovely staff. can't go wrong

This is the second time I've been, I went first time last year on a visit, I returned this year and revisited, by far the best fish and chips I've had anywhere, he makes the food made to order. So it's not waiting on the window for ages you see him batter up and fry the fish and chips there and then fresh like uhh. All food is halal. He uses groundnut oil which must add that flavour. Make sure to visit. The owner has told me it's 100% Halal, everything is halal. You can eat this without adding any sauces, reminds me of what fish and chips was like back in the days with just salt and vinegar.

Stayed at a local Airbnb and had fish and chips. The cod, haddock and plaice were very tasty. Service was excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
